Operation Chip 'N' Snip!

At Woodside Animal Centre, we know better than anyone the importance of altering and microchipping your cats. It helps us get lost cats back to their owners when they have been handed in to us – but we also appreciate that not everyone has access to the funds required to do so.  

"Operation Chip 'n' Snip" has been introduced to provide those in need with the opportunity to have their cats neutered and microchipped at an affordable price, helping to stop the cycle of unwanted cats .

The prices the Chip 'n' Snip scheme offer are as follows:

£30 – female neuter and microchip
£20 – male neuter and microchip

Having your cat chipped and snipped is very easy - all you need to do is head down to the Woodside centre with proof of ownership, pay the fee and collect your voucher.  From there you and your cat can take your voucher to any of these participating vets where they will be microchipped and neutered at the same time:
