His friends, Becky and Carrie from Woodside, kitted him out in an 'adopt me' harness and
made sure that his leads and collar were secure, and with baited breath he was put into the car. Frank needed a little boost to jump up but once he was in, he
settled straight down and not a peep was heard from him for the entire journey
to the park. When they all arrived at Bradgate Park he was a little bit shell shocked at
the vast spaces around him, but decided to make the most of the beautiful
scenery.
Frank behaved spectacularly, he did not pull when on his walk and he
did not jump up. However, he did sniff a lot of trees, said hello to a few
puppies and ventured into the stream for a paddle. Frank was such a well behaved
dog that several people asked why no one had adopted him so far. His friends
replied, “We do not know! He is wonderful!”
Frank really proved himself to his human friends and they were very sad to have to put him back in his kennel.
He truly deserves to find his perfect permanent home, and will make a
wonderful addition to a mature family with no other pets.
