Advent #8 - Read our Christmas Newsletter
As we all start to prepare for the festive season, here at Woodside we are already looking forward to new exciting challenges in 2015.
Next year will be our 40th Anniversary and in this issue we’ll tell you all about our ambitious plans to significantly enhance the medical care we provide to our animals and increase our capability to treat even more. By now you’ve probably heard about our Care4Paws appeal – just turn to page X to find out what it’ll mean for animal welfare in Leicestershire.
I am sure you will all be pleased to know we have managed to rehome even more animals in 2014 and can now proudly boast one of the lowest animal return rates in the country. This is due to all the hard work both our staff and volunteers have put in all year round, and of course to all of you, our wonderful supporters, without whom these achievements would simply not be possible.
So this Christmas, I just want to say a very big thank you to everyone. 2014 has been both a challenging and rewarding year and I look forward to your support in 2015, our 40th anniversary year.
Have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year.
Gary Wheway - Branch & Charity Development Manager
